Receive A Gift Of Faith
God is a God of miracles. One time in Russia, they brought a young man out of the hospital to my meeting, dying from the effects of drug abuse and HIV-AIDS. They laid him on a stretcher, he couldn’t stand. When I prayed over the sick, God didn’t heal him. At the end of the service I laid my hands on him in the Name of Jesus, but he still wasn’t healed! He was too sick to come again, but his mother and grandmother persuaded me to go to the hospital. He was a drug
addict, his leg was infected from the dirty syringes and he had gangrene. The doctors wanted to amputate his leg above the knee and he would almost certainly die. But the power of God is stronger than death. There is absolutely
nothing impossible with God. I want to lift YOUR faith! If you want a miracle, believe that God can do it! I prayed with Anton and I said, “Don’t let them cut your leg off. I will come back in six months. You will not die. You will be on
the platform with me and you will tell everybody that the power of God healed you!” – But at this moment Anton was dying. I left the hospital, no miracle.
Six months later I was back, the meeting was live on TV! I called, “Anton, sixmonths ago you were dying, but I believe God worked a miracle. Wherever you are, come to the platform tomorrow.” The next night he was there, on the platform with me, two legs, completely healed of HIV. He said, “David when you prayed, God gave me a gift of faith, and I knew God would deliver me !” Today Anton is married, has a family, he’s been to Bible School, and he’s an evangelist like me! That’s the power of God!
When Jesus was alive on earth, He said, “I didn’t come to the world for the righteous. I came to call the sinner, the corrupt, the alcoholi c, the drug addict.” Hecame to rescue those who are under the curse and the power of the devil. In my life I have learnt to know Jesus. In my need, in my despair, when I was in a communist prison in Czechoslovakia (Slovakia and Czech Republic were one country under communism), I recognised that Jesus was the only one who could deliver me and set me free. I was a believer, an evangelist, but it took a year in prison to prove the real power of Jesus, to know He would set me free. They taunted me, “We will never let you out alive.” My crime – bringing Bibles into the East Bloc. But God worked the miracle and He set me free! Do you know Jesus – His power to forgive, to heal, to deliver? Look what He did for Anton in Russia! Why were they going to cut off his leg? It was because of the life that he lived – but God did not condemn him! He healed him, gave him back his life, gave him new hope! This is what Jesus wants to do for you! He’ll forgive every sin, give you a new life, all the past gone! You can be born again!

Don’t miss your opportunity, just cry out to Him, come to Him! He will be your friend for life! Every time you are in despair, every time you have sickness, every time the problems of life come upon you, Jesus will always be there to answer you, help you, forgive you, Come to Him, Jesus is calling you!
