IJSSELSTEN, HOLLAND, FEBRUARY 2009
In February David Hathaway held a 3-day Gospel Healing Crusade advertised as ‘The Power of Faith’ – and also ministered to church leaders from Holland and Belgium on the theme ‘Possess the Land’ – at the invitation of the New Testament Church in Ijsselstein.
The event had been well publicised and the church building was packed for all four meetings. Many unbelievers came forward to repent (an Alpha Course was in place in the host church to take care of the new converts, those who came from other regions were referred to local churches in their area), and miracles of healing happened as freely as they do in our Russian crusades.
David’s preaching on faith, prayer, leadership and a life changed by the power of God was indeed ‘life-changing’ for believer and unbeliever alike. All the meetings were filmed for broadcast on TBN Europe and Dutch Cable Family7.
